Round of Applause! 5 Ways to NOT Lose Your Butt While Working Out

How does a girl go from having a pretty plump bump to having a flatty patty? I have no clue but it’s happened to me more than once and this time around, I refuse to let it happen again! The before and after are scary (well really the “Before” is, Lol) but take a gander. I’m going to keep it real with you, here’s how to make sure that you don’t lose that proud rump this summer. Don’t try to watch this after the damage is done. Lol.
